學校乾凸的草地植皮

上週在學校閒晃拍一下新大樓的景，忽然間看到旁邊有好幾塊乾凸的草皮，頓時間我覺得種植這些草皮的人會不會太誇張，十幾塊都乾死了，這到底是種草還是燒錢？常常看到學校挖了又種、種了又挖，這樣一來一往浪費不少公帑 ，我相信學校有很多同學需要獎學金吧！
